PicklePlay is a platform for organizing and participating in pickleball games. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You agree not to harass other users, post false information, or use the service in any way that could harm others or disrupt the platform. Organizers are responsible for the games they create and the players they invite.
The PicklePlay name, logo, and platform are owned by PicklePlay. User-generated content (game names, descriptions) remains the property of the users who created it.
PicklePlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of game information or the conduct of other players.
PicklePlay is not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during games organized through the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
